Whether it’s jumping higher, moving faster, or building strength, these training programs are designed to help athletes perform at their best.

Agility & Plyometric Training

Agility and plyometrics training focuses on developing quickness, explosive power, and coordination. This training uses drills like ladder footwork, cone sprints, and jump exercises to sharpen reflexes, improve speed, and enhance jumping ability. Agility drills emphasize lateral movement, reaction time, and balance, while plyometric exercises focus on building power through explosive actions like box jumps and depth jumps.

Strength & Conditioning Training

Strength and conditioning training focuses on building overall muscle strength, endurance, and stability. Through weight training, resistance exercises, and core workouts, athletes enhance their physical foundation to support high-intensity volleyball performance. Sessions also incorporate injury prevention techniques to ensure long-term athletic success.

Meet your Coach

Hi, I’m LoLo, a NASM-certified personal trainer and experienced volleyball coach with 8 years of coaching in France and the US. I’m currently coaching at OCVC, where I guide young athletes to improve their skills and performance. I’ve been playing volleyball since the age of 6, competing at the national division level in France and later as a college libero. My journey taught me that true performance is built both on and off the court, through dedication and well-rounded training. With expertise in agility, plyometrics, strength, and conditioning, I’m passionate about helping young athletes unlock their full potential and achieve success in their sport.
