Results vary depending on factors such as commitment level, existing habits, and the complexity of your goals. Many clients start noticing positive changes within a few weeks to a month of consistent coaching.
Each month is going to be different depending on your progression. Workout, meal plans and the intensity of the program will be modified according to your needs.

In May 2020, during the height of the COVID pandemic, I underwent second ACL and meniscus surgery, which marked the beginning of a challenging rehab journey. As a former college volleyball athlete, this injury ended my volleyball career. Initially, my goal was to regain my leg muscles, but despite spending countless hours at the gym, I struggled to see any results. It wasn’t until I aligned my nutrition with my workouts and learned how to listen to my body's needs that I finally began to see my leg muscles grow stronger.
Inspired by this progress, I became determined to push myself to become the best version of myself, both physically and mentally. This journey led me to pursue my NASM Personal Trainer certification. As a certified personal trainer, I found happiness in helping others feel better in their bodies and achieve their health goals. My experiences have fueled my passion for fitness and my commitment to supporting others in navigating their own paths to health and strength.
